Do you live on social and understand what actually makes people stop scrolling? Are you the person your friends ask about trends and formats? Then we have a position for you!
We're looking for a Social Media Intern to help run accounts for BrandNovate and our clients. You'll work alongside our team on everything from planning content to publishing it to talking with the people who engage. This is hands-on. You'll make real content for real audiences and see what works in real numbers.
Social Media Intern Responsibilities:
- Help plan and build content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and short videos
- Monitor accounts and reply to comments, messages, and mentions
- Track what's performing and flag what isn't
- Work with designers and copywriters to turn ideas into finished content
- Keep the team current on platform changes, trends, and tools
Social Media Intern Qualifications:
- Comfortable across the major platforms and understand each works differently
- Can write a caption that sounds like a person, not a brand robot
- Pay attention to the numbers behind the likes
- Organized and follow through without being chased
- Studying or recently finished something in marketing, communications, or media, or can show us you learned it on your own
- Bonus: hands-on experience running any account, including your own, if the content is good
