Do you care whether a site loads in one second or four? Do you build things users can actually figure out, not just things that look good in a mockup? Then we have a position for you!

We're looking for a Web Developer to build fast, reliable websites and apps for our clients. You'll take projects from design to launch, write clean code you're not embarrassed to hand over, and build things that keep working long after we're done.

Web Developer Responsibilities:

Build responsive websites and web apps from design files
Write clean, maintainable, documented code
Make performance a priority: fast load times on every device and connection
Integrate the tools and systems each project needs
Test across browsers and devices before anything ships
Hand over well-organized files and documentation so clients own their work
Work with designers to build what they designed, faithfully

Web Developer Qualifications:

2 to 4 years building production websites or apps
Strong with modern front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a framework like React)
Comfortable with responsive design and real performance optimization
Familiar with common back-end and integration work
Care about clean code and clear documentation
Can manage your own time and hit deadlines without hand-holding
