BrandNovate was doing more manual work than it should. Client delivery, reporting, and internal operations all ran on scattered tools and human hours that did not scale. We needed automation we could trust with our own business first, not something bought off the shelf and bent to fit. The harder question was whether the thing we built to fix our own operations could stand on its own as a product other businesses would pay for.
We built Zodave from the inside out. It started as BrandNovate's own automation layer, built to handle workflows across client delivery, reporting, and operations. Once it was running our business well, we turned it outward. Zodave is now BrandNovate's AI automation subsidiary and the platform every automation project we ship is built on. What began as an internal tool is now a business in its own right, and the proof that we use what we sell.
