Education officials in Kwara State had no real-time view into school performance, attendance, or resource distribution across 1,200+ schools. Decisions were made on month old reports and anecdotal field reports.
We built a centralised monitoring dashboard called the Situation Room, which aggregated data from schools in real time. Officials could drill into individual schools, compare LGAs, and trigger interventions directly from the platform.
